I have a problem with downloading the PS4 over LAN. I have a 50k line from Telekom with the Speedport Hybrid Router. If I download games via Ps4, I only get about 10 bit / s with LAN. I have almost three times the speed via WLAN. I only have the problem on the Ps4 (everything works fine on PC). I have already tried all the DNS and MTU variants, looked at tutorials, opened ports, nothing worked. When I do an internet test with LAN it says that the router may not support IP fragmentation.
I did a little research, but unfortunately didn't find a solution in connection with the Speedport.
I would try to narrow down the error. First approach: Please use a different LAN cable for the PS4.
The download rates of the PS4 are usually always lower compared to the PC, but the WLAN speed should not be higher than with a cable connection.

I've used several different cables, all with the same result. It can actually only be a router problem, as the Playstation downloads to friends at a significantly higher speed.
Maybe I would have to reset the router with the factory settings and hope for the best.
It's best to save the data beforehand. Then none of that is all that bad. You can definitely try that.
