No ip fragmentation?

I have not been in gta 5 online for 4 weeks, all other games are running great. There's always Rockstar game server currently unavailable, but it works for my buddies. If I do an internet connection test the router is there. Doesn't support ip fragmentation. PS4 connections may not be possible. How do I fix it? Mtu etc. I've already tried everything
