Selling PlayStation 5 Illegal?

I want to get a PlayStation 5 and have browsed eBay classifieds.

I came across an ad that says PlayStation 5 - image for 750 euro

In the article description it says that it is a picture and not a console. Still, I wanted to ask if this is even legal? Because if you read the little text that says it is a picture that is being sold, you have bought a lousy photo for 750 euro.

Of course it is allowed, it is morally not entirely impeccable but it is said that it is a picture, so everything is fine!

PS: If someone doesn't read the text and doesn't know that it is a picture, it's their own fault. Man should read everything carefully before buying something so expensive.

Ow

If the product description says what it is (the picture of a ps5) then it is completely legal to sell this for 750 euro because the buyers themselves are the sign if they don't read the product description.

Re

That's the trick they want to bring you to buy the picture even though you think it's the console.

If it is clearly evident or described that it is only a picture, this is legally completely okay.

Aims at the "greed eats brain" and "want to have" mentality of some contemporaries. Not necessarily the fine kind, but legal

The same goes when someone sells the box. It just needs to be clearly described, preferably in the title line. To act somehow because of "usury" will not help.
