Buy GTA V Standard Edition Digital for PS4?

My colleague has a problem, his disc reader generally no longer recognizes CDs, so he wanted to get the digital edition. However, he once got the Criminal Enterprise Package, now it is not possible for him to get the edition offered in the PSN Store because of this package because the Premium Edition contains this previously mentioned package. How can he get this now? Does anyone have a similar experience because that's pretty bad now, maybe someone can help.
