Our old Unitymedia router gave up the ghost, which is why we have now got the new Vodafone station, since then I've only had problems and nothing works anymore. On my PC the internet signal is gone every 5 minutes and I only get it back when I restart the router, it doesn't last any longer. With the PS4 I can't play properly but it's bearable but I can't talk to any people at parties, there's always an error and I hear these people for a maximum of 3-5 minutes then they are gone and that also happens every few minutes, that annoys not only me but also the others (it is not due to the NAT type there would be another error, that I know through an intermediate router where this was not possible). Oh, and I remember almost exactly every hour that problems arise due to the verification of the licenses and the application is suspended, but that doesn't happen, supposedly due to an unstable connection but no idea how to fix it… I switched off 5G because the router is a bit further away and 2.4 Ghz should be better (right next to the router nothing is different).
The support itself seems to have no idea because I only get links by sms where I should find a solution to the problem, have now watched videos and researched but without success.
I can move my PC to work but not the PS4, so I would like to ask for an urgent solution there.
Tried with a LAN Kab? Calling the Internet provider or Sony support, I don't know which of the two you have already called Enter your IP in the browser and you will automatically be taken to your WLAN user administration website, where you can also make changes.
I tried all the changes and doesn't seem to help, LAN is unfortunately not possible
Then it sounds to me as if there are a lot of people living in your area who completely exhaust the WLAN channels or the signals are simply bad. Unfortunately, nobody can give you an exact answer because it can influence thousands of things. Call a support from both, which you do not have yet, say Internet provider or Sony. At Sony I doubt they can help you because they don't know much about your internet. So I hope you've already called Sony.
Nope, don't know what they can do there
