Recently my PS4 no longer correctly recognizes the Move Controller on the left. The hand in play sometimes doesn't appear at all or is twisted. I can't move it properly or it fidgets. I can close my hand and with a lot of effort pick something up, but it doesn't react properly. I have already reset the controller with a toothpick and recalibrated it several times, but it just doesn't work. Can someone help me or is the controller just broken? It lights up normally and the buttons work in the game!
Charge it or connect it to the cable. Then it should actually work. Or restart your controller or go to a different account with it. But over time everything breaks and that's why you've probably just used it for too long or so. I once had the same problem. Nothing more worked and yes, I just had to get a new one.
Hello and thanks for the quick reply. Of course I charged the controllers on the PS4 with the PS3 cable for the controller. I've also restarted the controller many times and also reset it more often. I haven't tried another account yet. Is really just broken. He used to go too.
PS3 cable?! WTF! You are not allowed to connect PS3 to PS4. I wanted to do it too, and all the people at Media Markt freaked out. But maybe just buy a new one.
I have to use the old cable from the PS3 to charge the Move Controller because the new cables have a different connector.
