Camera for Move Controller to play Just Dance 2016 on the Ps4?

I just can't make sense of the Internet, that's why I'm asking here.

I got Just Dance 2016 for my Ps4. I wanted to play with my phone as a controller, but it doesn't work. Now I wanted to look for these Move controllers and order them. But I found out from the seller that you still need the Playstation 4 camera for the Move Controller to work.

Is that correct? Or can I just play the game on the Ps4 with the Move Controller?
