I ordered a PS4 and wanted to buy a monitor with it.
I know it's not worth buying a 144hz monitor for a PS4, but I also have a laptop that can handle 144 FPS in some games.
I don't want the monitor because of the 144hz, but because it has 1ms WQHD and is curved.
Would it be worth buying the monitor if I also use it with my laptop?
You don't notice 1ms unless you take part in a sport somewhere

Note, however, that WQHD can't be scaled perfectly to FHD and the picture from the PS4 can appear a bit blurred (as well as YouTube videos on FHD)
I have a WQHD monitor and am satisfied, but I notice when the content is only FHD and I'm even more pleased when a video is available in 1440p.
Know this, the PS4 can only handle 60hz, and the laptop has to be pretty good at handling 144hz at high graphics settings.
Now you have to know whether you want to save or invest the almost 150 euro.
It will probably only be worthwhile (if at all) if you play a lot of shooters on the laptop.
