Playstation 4 crashes constantly, broken?

I got a PS4 in December. The first crash started about a week ago. The picture stopped suddenly and nothing reacted anymore. The controller only blinked white again and again and I had no choice but to turn off the power and then turn it on again. After I turned the power back on and the PS4 activated, then came a black screen with a loading bar and then I came back to the normal start menu of the PS4.
Sometimes, however, after the power was turned off and on, a blue screen came up with the message that the PS4 was not properly shut down the last time it was used, and that it could permanently damage the operating system or memory. In addition the question came, if I would like to send this problem to Sony, so that improvements can be made in the future. I answered that with 'OK' and most of the time it went with the PS4 undisturbed.
But the last 1-2 days there were now more crashes with the same processes, but after 2-3 reboots it went again. Even if the crashes were already hourly. And today, after half an hour of use, the console has had a series of crashes again, this time by the minute. No sooner did I get back to the start menu after booting up and started an application (like YouTube or a web browser), the picture stopped or went out and nothing worked anymore. After several times nothing works anymore. I pulled out the cables for a moment and looked at the console, no abnormalities, no dust and no scratches. I closed and turned the console back on, but now there's no signal on the TV anymore. The console is on, but only a 'NO SIGNAL' appears on the TV.
I've already asked a co-worker who thought it might be that dust could hit the fan or something, but nothing was dusty at all. And otherwise the cables are fine. Can someone help me, why is that?

First, save (if available) the data on the hard disk, scores, etc.

Then swap the disk for another and initialize the PS4 again. So that the plate is completely accepted by the PS4. Install your games on it and set it up, copy your scores back and see if the problem occurs again or again.

Best exchange. Since the Playstation is not yet old, that must not be. I would not get involved in anything else…

Sorry, I did not want to go to "Not Helpful", I came across it by mistake. So the scores are not that important to me, because so far I have only installed FIFA on it and hardly played the game.

Kh

Was that so easy? You went into the business with the console and the receipt, described your problems and got a new console replaced? Or did they want to offer you another service like repairs?

Si

In the media market, the exchanged after 6 weeks the same, was absolutely no problem.

Okay, I have my console from Saturn, was on offer. I will try it at some point.

So I type very hard on the hard drive. But if you have the console before December, there's still warranty on it. So I would first contact the dealer before I make the hard drive.

it still exists, even if the small, chance that it is something else, but the hard disk. It is possible that it is also a cold junction somewhere, and if you then open the console to the guaranteed temperature, then you will be right and maybe even for a good reason, the guarantee fail.
