Ps4 Pro on night table make heat sensitive?

I've just rebuilt my entire room and put a night table under my desk so I put my ps4 pro in place so I wanted to ask how much harmful is this? It consists of wood shavings inside and has 2 drawers should i watch the drawers so the air circulates better downstairs? Because otherwise jams when the ps4 is on top and the heat seeping in the table
