I bought a Thomson TV today which supports 4K UHD & 'HDR but if I want to activate the HDR mode on my Playstation 4 Pro, my TV does not support the HDR mode &' I can't find any settings on the TV where I have this mode can activate
I have connected the Playstation with the original HDMI cable to the 4K connection of TV I do not understand why that does not work, please help me
You have to put the TV in the menu on hdmi 2
I do not know what Thomson TV looks like but I suspect that your HDR may not be enabled on the TV.
On my Sony e.g. Are all HDMI ports factory set to default. Only on the setting in the menu you can enable HDR on HDMI 2 and 3. Look, if your TV has a similar attitude.
've found it must activate hdmi 2.0 under system> expert settings> hdmi 2.0 enable
