What can you do about freezing hands?

Wanted to play ps4 after walking the dog.

but even writing this text is tiring with such cold hands

Take gloves with you next time you go out with the dog.

You can:
Put on (fingerless) gloves. Heat in between hands under warm water. Make a cup of tea / coffee and warm your hands
