The controller is simply not ergonomic (Ps4 controller), cramps are very typical with this controller, as the fingers can't really relax and lie badly. This is mainly due to the left stick of the controller, because this has been moved downwards (parallel to the other stick), which is actually not that smart in terms of ergonomics.
Then I only play with the switch controller because I don't play that long and not that often. Still, my left hand hurts
Give yourself more breaks and shorten the playing times, then relax your muscles again, sometimes massage your forearms yourself.
