It was years ago. When I became depressed a few years ago, it became more and more clear. However, I only hang on the phone. I have no one. No girlfriend. I still live at home but I spend most of my time in the room and have no good relationship with my parents. But I always feel bad when I'm at home. When I was outside not at all. At home one is then caught up in reality again. I just do not know what to do at home. I'm just on my phone and bored and get real downs. Playstation has distracted from the real problems back then. I also missed socializing and always fell into the hole. Do not know how to continue. Some things have gotten better since my depression, but some have been worse. And it can't be that when you're at home is always feeling bad. That can't be it. Anyone tips?

Do not you want that, go for a walk, the weather is wonderful. Enjoy excursions. Visit clubs and get involved in your community. Read attacks from events and take a look at Facebook, where's something going on.
