Hi, I've been streaming on Twitch for a short time and I'm still very inexperienced. Are there any basic tips or general tips that you can give me? It would help me a lot 😅
Always entertain the audience. Breaks longer than 1/2 minute come across as boring and you lose viewers.
Rummaged through hundreds of answers to this question myself. Of course there are the common things like: be entertaining, do something unique, stand out from the rest, don't stream what everyone is already streaming anyway…
BUT:
In my experience, the most important tip is: have fun. Only that. Viewers will quickly notice if you are live for other reasons (boredom, money, free-riding). Don't force anything.
(Of course there are lots of other tips and tricks, but don't want to go too far)
