50 euro code does not work Error code WS-45479-9?

I want to redeem my 50 euro psn code but when I want to redeem it there's an error the code has already been redeemed (WS-45479-9) but I just bought the code how can that be. Can someone help me quickly, please

If you scroll down here, you will at least have an overview of the "WS errors". Your number is not there, but it can still simply be a server error or something similar.
