Screen full of flickering red dots?

For a few days I have had the problem that my screen, which is connected to the ps4, is full of red dots and these are flickering. Every now and then I have a still image for a few seconds.

Have you ever tried to disconnect the hdmi cable and turn it on again? You might also try a different hdmi cable.

Try a different HDMI cable. If it's not the cable, it's the PS4. Graphic errors like the one you said are possible.
