PS4 disconnects from dualshock after start, what can I do?

Yo

So, my Ps4 can usually be started with the dualshock 4, but as soon as I get into the user selection, the connection to the dualshock is disconnected. After that, no connection can be established until the restart.

I have already tried the following things without success:

- Change controller

- Fully charge the controller

- Change cables

- Hundredfold restarts

- Quiet mode

- cleaning the ps4 (dust removal from the inside)

- Controller reset (with paper clip on the back of the dual shock)

Does anyone have a few tips or a solution?

Co

- Change controller

Then it's probably the console.

Have you looked in the PS4 settings?

Although I suspect that it is a bug in the console.

Since you wrote reboots above, do you mean possibly restarting the entire system memory?

If not, then there's probably not much left for you except for a console reset.

Yo

Well, since I can't connect to the console, I do not get into the settings and by restarting I meant both switching off and on, as well as system reset: 0
