I think that because GTA 5 has been out since September 2013 and GTA 6 is expected to be released in 2022, you should be able to play GTA 5 with 60fps for the Ps4 Pro users, as I'm really disappointed to have bought a pro and for it to be the only feature in gta only a stabilization of the fps to get but still at 30fps.

The PS4 Pro just does not have enough power to get GTA 5 to 60 FPS, so you can optimize that much, what do you expect from a 300-350 euro console?
