I just bought GTA 5 on PS4. However, I see here that there are 2 download blocks
Up to 30GB
Then up to about 81 GB
What is the function of these blocks and can I e.g. If only the first one is downloaded, just play the story? Or maybe not enjoying the full graphics?
The first is the game itself, the second block is the multiplayer
The first block means that it is ready to use, so that you can basically enter the game.
The second is then the full version.
