Nintendo eShop / SD blocks?

I have a 3DS and I would like to download Pokemon Ultramond when I'm in the download screen. "Required blocks: 28305. Additional blocks required for download: 14608. So I do not seem to have enough space, but I can't do any more Delete so how do I get even more bursts so I can play it too.

You can buy a larger SD card and then use a PC with card reader to transfer the memory data and games to the new card
