Unless you don't have a big budget and don't gamble that much. Then more console is worth it

It depends, if you work with the PC anyway and then install a new graphics card every 3 years for 200 euro, you save a lot of money. The games are much cheaper and playing online is free. In retrospect, you get out there much cheaper!
