Can you use the Ps4 Microsoft account with Minecraft on PC (Java) without losses?

Recently you have to log in to your PC (Java) with a Microsoft account when you buy Minecraft for the first time.

My question is whether I can use the existing Microsoft account on PS4 on PC (Java) without losing purchases and scores?
