Does anyone have experience with Bybedir.de?

By chance I saw the PS5 there and ordered it (by invoice). Then I should make a deposit of 195 euro via the payment service provider MyPos. Did not agree, the alternative was a Bulgarian IBAN. When I said no, the order was approved after an alleged check by invoice.

Delivery was assured to me on December 21st, 2020 after the "test". And now I'm basically waiting for a shipping confirmation or delivery until today. On the first two inquiries where the delivery was going to be, I was informed "shortly" and since my request yesterday where the order is going, I have not received an answer.

A very sad way of working. Company / HP seems a bit strange to me in general. According to the legal notice, the registered office is in Neu-Ulm and Bedir GmbH is also in the commercial register, but I'm a bit skeptical. Feel free to share your experiences with me in this survey.

This company really seems to exist at this address. However, there are fake sites that steal an imprint from such sites so that they appear trustworthy. A proper masthead should also show a phone number and business owner. You can also purchase by invoice on the real website. I would not send money under any circumstances and certainly not transfer it to a foreign account if the company is based in Germany.
