Did sony lie?

Hi I'm it again just wanted to ask if sony lied to me (and everyone else) because you could subscribe to such a newsletter earlier and could get 5 euro psn. But I did not get this just the news from ps4 (new games & rabbat the usual) my friend did not get 5 euro psn.

The site is synonymous of sony so no fake or something.
