Can you use App Store credit to buy PSN cards?

Is there an app where you can use the credit you have on iTunes to buy a PSN card without using other payment methods?

There's, for example, the "Startselect" app, but you can only pay with other payment methods instead of Apple / Itunes credit.

No, you can only use your iTunes credit for the iTunes Store, App Store, Apple Arcade, Apple Music and Apple TV +.

That doesn't work, App Store credit can only be used in the App and iTunes Store.

Apple wouldn't support the competition after all.
