Transfer Fortnite ps4 skins to pc? Is that possible?

A friend of mine gave me his ps4 Fortnite account with the season 2 battle pass and I'm a pc player and would like to transfer his skins and all other stuff to my account (I already have skins on my account).

I have 2 questions:

How do I do that I have his skins and all the other stuff in my locker?
Will my skins be deleted and all other stuff if that works?
