Last played an online game on PS4 with someone from the internet. We talked about it with a headset and at some point it turned out or did he confess to me that he hadn't slept for several days and had taken off speed.
He also pulled on it while playing. I could hear that. Of course I advised him to let it be and gave him suggestions, but I don't have to decide that or no power.
Now he's still online and I've written to him twice. NOTHING came back. I also wrote to him that he should give me a sign of life, nothing in return.
Of course, that can mean a lot. Does he no longer "feel like" me. Or maybe he is. Slumped in front of the console and your life is in danger?
Question:
Am I also making myself liable to prosecution in any way? If I don't share? As I said, I only gambled with him.
And if so, what can I do?!
He fell asleep. Whether he wakes up again is not your problem.
I think he fell asleep so slowly, is that his first consumption?
In mortal danger not really, I would rather say he's completely finished after being awake for a few days. You have a jump in the bowl and I don't want to talk to who online anymore…
At some point every body gets the sleep it needs. Your "colleague" is probably just sleeping off his "intoxication" or is simply not in the mood to listen to any teachings etc.
Am I also making myself liable to prosecution in any way? If I don't share?
No.
Just because someone does not respond, you don't have to assume the worst. Even if it broke down or was there, you can't or could not be prosecuted for it.
Anything can have happened, of course, but speed is not known as a drug where people die from it in a row or suffer medical emergencies.
