Ark Ps4: Dedicated Server Hangs, How Can I Fix It?

Hi, I play Ark on the Ps4 and have a dedicated server hosted on my Ps4 Pro. Yesterday everything was still good, but today the server is lying around and hanging up. That means we join, play for 5 minutes, but then there's a still image. You can no longer move and you can no longer do anything. Then I tried to restart the Ps4 / pro and thus also the server, but the problem keeps coming back. It really breaks the fun of the game, so please give me an answer.
