Why is the ps4 charging station not working?

Folks, I bought a charging station from Amazon for 15 euro. The charging stations somehow don't work. I turn on my controllers, they light up briefly and go off. Can you help me why this is so and tell me whether I should send it back? I'm happy about your help

If it is made in china give it back while you still can

I have the same. It works very well so far. I've had it for 2 years. For me, the controller on the screen glows red when it is empty and green when it is full. If there are 2 controllers on the charging station, there's a 1 or 2 in front of the controller.

Did you connect the power supply to the Ps4? I would advise against that. Better plug it into a real socket. Then they load the controller faster and get really full.

Well, you can see how much battery your controller has on the ps4 by holding down the ps button at the bottom left

With me when I turn them on, they are always green so full. Do the controllers blink when the display is green? Because with me they don't blink.

They don't blink for me either. It's just RED when the controller is all gone and GREEN when it's full.
Empty your controller and then put it on this station.
Wait 2 hours, then it should definitely have electricity again.
The important thing is that you plug the charging station into a socket. Not the Ps4.
