Little brother trying to assert himself?

My little brother has gotten a lot of courage at the moment I'm 16, he's 12, and since those holidays started he's only been playing Fortnite on the Ps4 with his strange friends. I have no problem with that, but now he's starting to give me orders like bring me coke or I should make him something to eat even though he's old enough to make himself a sandwich. And if something doesn't suit him he offends me around I heard from a friend that I should spank him properly so he knows again who stands in front of him.
