Preparation for shoulder OP?

I have a Shoulder Op next Monday (Slap lesion Level 4) and would like to know your experiences

as you have prepared,

What would you have preferred to do before?
When does something start again?

For example, Play PS4 or computer is something like that possible (you have to deal with at home too).

How did you do that with washing, eating, etc?
And then the subject of general anesthesia, I had never had such a thing and do not know what to expect.
Of course, I get the most answers in the preliminary talk. But the nervousness then makes me search on the internet x)

I cut my hair and fingernails before surgery.
