While repairing my Ps4 I stupidly came across a capacitor and got an electric shock of approx. 230V. Since the fuse went straight out, it was over in less than a second. I have heard of cardiac arrhythmias that can occur on the Internet. Now, a day later, my pulse is still normal. Could there be further consequences?

Don't worry, much too short, it's like getting at a cattle fence, a quick shock, that's it.
Normally you would have to monitor your heart 24 hours a day, but that's over now!
I also doubt that there's a capacitor in the PS4 that charges up to 230 V… Rather a smoothing capacitor after transformation and rectification?

A pasture fence does not have 50 Hz and the current is too low to cause damage, which can't be compared.
There's no way to compare that. But I have to go into it. Since they still tell us that the contact with such a fence is classified as too harsh and damage should also occur there.
