So I usually bought him a bottle of vodka with a Christmas card with biscuits, but I do not want to give the same gift every time.

he has 2 cats (he lives alone) and he likes to play ps4 but more like these shooter games and stuff like that
Buy him a good whiskey and a personalized whiskey glass.

Beer marmalade (or egg jelly), either make yourself, or buy (for example from Tannenzäpfle). A Serano ham set. So a "beers from all over the world" set. Or vodka tasting set (with so premium brands), in case he likes wine, ice cream or berry selection. A credit / gift card for the Ps4. Vlt. A vodka bottle with rhinestones, or glizers
