I would like to connect an external 250 Gb hard drive to my Ps4, there may be a minimum of 250 Gb, but a hard drive always loses a few Gb, would it be possible to use a 250 Gb hard drive anyway?
250 GB seems very very little to me.
I have a 4 TB hard drive (Seagate) attached to my PS4, which is currently occupied with 375 GB
250GB should work. It doesn't actually lose a few GB. If it is a 250GB, 250GB are what can fit on it. I would be very surprised if it didn't work.
But 250GB are very little. I installed a 2TB and it would be more than full if I hadn't uninstalled some games.
So would first install a larger hard drive like the one that is currently in it.
So also so 2TB. Is very easy with a manual on the net, or YouTube manual.
Otherwise stop a larger external. I would say 1TB approx. Are not really expensive in contrast to before.
That wasn't my question.
I also built a 2Tb SSD into my PlayStation 4, but I still have a 250 Gb disk around and would then buy a case and give it to my friend because its 1Tb are not bearable because you get 11-15 games on it. 250Gb is not much more but 2-3 games you would have to get on it
