This TV with PS5?

I bought a new TV. On this the picture on the Playstation 4 is worse ("blurry" / grainy) than on my 720p device. Moving your character makes you feel sick.

Now my question - can it be judged whether the Playstation 5 will run on this TV without the undesirable effect?

Is the display resolution set to "Automatic" on the PS4? I wouldn't expect such a stark difference (in a negative sense) with the new TV.
