I bought my PS4 two years ago with 3 games.
And everything went really smooth. But after a year, I became a bad luck bird.
When I wanted to play "The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt", I put the CD in the PS4.
The PS4 tried to read the CD but it always comes this error message "CE-35290-9".
I've tried to be smart about this problem and to get rid of this problem but nothing works.
I have initialized the ps4, rebuilt data, enabled from security mode, reinstalled system update but it just does not work.
Games such as The Witcher 3, NBA 2K18, Yakuza 6 can't be read.
But play like: Sleeping Dogs, Dying Light, Resident Evil 2, This War of Mine can be easily played.
What else can I do? I do not even dare to write down the PS4 because I do not want to break anything and besides I have no guarantee for the ps4 anymore
Since the laser will probably make problems. Since you have no guarantee anyway I would open the console and clean the laser. Instructions for opening are available on Youtube.
