I recently switched from PS4 to PC and I currently have problems looking through the map at high speed in GTA V or even falling I've looked elsewhere for answers but I never think that my Cpu is bad when I hear someone playing with an AMD phenomenon. And it can't be the graphics card either because I can play most games stable with 120FPS on high settings
