My ps4 doesn't work anymore, didn't work all night. Fell asleep, woke up, ps4 was off. Didn't want to start again.
in other forums it says, hold for 10 seconds then it beeps. For me, nothing beeps!

Checked if the power cable is properly inside?
Check cable and socket. Otherwise this indicates a serious hardware failure (broken) for me.

Yes, when I plug the cable into the ps4, I hear that electricity arrives there
See if the cable is properly seated and try another socket.
If the PS4 makes no sign of life at all, it sounds to me like a repair or a new purchase.
Works again, you only have to disconnect the ps4 from the power for 5 minutes
