Redeem Ffortnite 12-digit coupon code on your PC?

I recently received a 12 digit Fortnite code for my Playstation. However, I have lent the playstation and would still like to play on the PC Fortnite point the code I have there. If I want to enter the code on the Fortnite website I need to put one with more. Is there a way to redeem the 12 digit number on the internet?
