PS4 does not start. Connect the controller?

When I switched on my PS4 normally, the message suddenly came:

"The PS4 can't start. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 with the USB cable and then press the PS button."

The problem with that is, I don't have a USB cable for the controller. I always load it via a device like this, where you can also put the PS4 in, as well as the VR device.

I have two controllers and they are both full - if I try it doesn't work. If I put one of the two in the device, it doesn't work either. The controller only lights up yellow briefly and that's it.

I never switched off my console incorrectly or simply pulled the plug…

Does anyone have any idea what I can do now? Without possibly having to order a cable?

I need urgent help!

th

Disconnect your ps4 completely from the mains for 5 minutes.

then try again.

Isn't that detrimental to the PS4? Or. Can't it even cause data loss on the PS4 and break it?

th

You can also use the normal mobile phone charger to connect the Ps4 to your controller. That also has usb on micro usb:-)

th

If it doesn't start differently, there aren't many options.
You don't have to worry about data loss if you had to turn it off.

Okay, I dared.

Works again.

So far everything looks fine, even with the extended memory.

I'm happy about that, have fun playing:-)
