PS4 Code of Conduct Violation?

When he said that I'm not a good player, I wrote that he was a weirdo. 1 day later I see that I have received a message from PSN that my account has a strike because of insults. Although I only wrote Weird and Cringe. He reported me on purpose to destroy my PSN account and wants to do it. What can I do about him? Should I call Sony?
