So I have a Ps4 and on the primary account my account I have Ark.
My brother also has an account on my Playstation and wants to get a DLC for his account because he gets a Ps4 on his birthday and then wants the DLC on his account.
Question: can he buy and use the Ark DLC on his account if he doesn't own the game (at this time)?
He can use Ark because my account is primary.
With PS4 I can't say it because I have it to myself, but with PS3 everything that was in memory was shared with all profiles.
