Is the PS4 crashing on the hard drive?

I have a problem with my Sony Playstation 4 and when I tried to start my PS4 again I received the message: "can't start the PS4. Connect the DUALSHOCK 4 using the USB cable an then press the PS button." (as seen in the picture below).

I then followed the instructions, of course, which put me in "Safe Mode". There it was then said that I should reinstall the system software via a USB stick (as can be seen in the next picture).

Problem what occurs now is that the PS4 crashes after the restart and "cenntot start the PS4" is there again. Could it be the hard drive?

You probably need a new USB cable or it is due to the hard drive, I'm also not so sure, but I wish you luck that you find your problem on the Ps4
