Is my Ps4 controller broken, it keeps on doing stuff even though I'm not pushing anymore?

If I gamble and e.g. Once a short stick with the right stick wants to turn me on and let it go on and I can't do anything on the controller, that lasts from 1sec to 5sec… But also with the left stick… I can't press anything, nothing more happens except that it would be like I would press the stick… No matter in which game if Cod, Fifa, Wrc or others… Have already made the controller on and off, away from the Playsi and otherwise done something but it does not help and it seems to me that way as if it would happen more often… Do you have tricks on how I can fix the error or do I have to buy a new controller? Usually I know this problem from the TV, if you have not activated the gaming mode. Maybe your controller has Bluetooth lags. Plug the controller into the Playstation with the USB cable and go to Settings → Devices → Controller
