I ordered a Ps4 Pro about 3 weeks ago… Since the beginning the control pad of the controller has apparently not worked anymore… Probably it's spinning… In any case, when I press the bottom arrow key, the whole 2 goes down, the same is with the top arrow key… Would somebody have an idea what to do about it?

or in stores that have something like that.

If it was broken when it arrived I would ask for the money back, but if you were responsible for the damage then it is inevitable to buy a new one.
