Otto refund, when is the money back?

I had ordered a ps5 controller for my little brother, but he no longer wanted it. In any case, I then refunded it and handed the package over to the Hermes shop on Thursday last week. Now I have been waiting for my money since that day, but nothing is happening on the otto app, it says' Refunds registered (see picture) and that I should send it back by April 20th even though I have already sent it back. What happens if you don't receive the package by April 20th? Will I then no longer get the money or what will happen there?
