Servus first to the Good question Community! First I want to tell you my problem and then step by step on everything that I have done so far.
I've had a problem for 2 years now which just does not want to go away.
Since then, I have been constantly searching for solutions.
It's about an input lag or something else.
Every game feels with me (online or offline) slowly so not even as an input but something else indescribable what makes the game as good as impossible.
I like to play games like Call of Duty or Rocket league and in ego shooter or Rocket league you notice such differences Brutal. I have about 5500 hours of play in Rocket League and in Call of Duty in general it's much more. Back then I already had this problem on Ps4 and when switching to my PC it was just like that and I have a good PC and a gaming monitor. Whether with controller or mouse and keyboard…
and no one can tell me that there's a feeling that has something to do with placebo effect or anything else. I really only want people who are trying to help me.
I now list everything after the series on what I did to solve this problem.
A new controller brought
Provider changed without success
Controller played with cable and then I've seen that with DS4 Windows via Bluetooth the controller has only a 2ms delay which is better than with cable which did not help.
Windows 10 turned off all unnecessary apps… Gaming Mode On… Unnecessary programs turned off in the background. Full Screen Optimization Disabled. Energy saving mode set to Maximum power.
Good gaming monitor brought. Asus Rog Swift 258q 24.5 inches 240 Hz with very low input lag - Gsync.
Here are my Nvidia settings: Power management… Maximum power, - Maximum number of previous… Number set to 1, - Monitor technology on G sync, - Virtual reality still images at 1,
In the games watched the full screen is activated and V sync off.
Virus programs are turned off and set for games Extra so focused on the PC on it.
Internet browser changed to standard like Google Chrome or even for gaming like Opera GX.
Use an Internet Cat 6 cable.
New router box brought = Fritzbox 7530 and demenstprechend well set for gambling
On my PC it can't be because I'm well versed and the problem is also on the Ps4 and despite all these attempts, everything has changed only a bit.
I've certainly tried a lot more and everything without success.
Is it perhaps due to the electricity in the house or generally to my place of residence?
After a very long Googling I also found players who have the same problem and nobody could help them. Is not there a professional who knows it well?

I believe that you bold and a little bit is always input lag.
