Ps4 slim fan clean?

I would like to clean the fan but I can't get the "screws" off… Is that a seal? How do I get this off? With the other ps4 you can use the screwdriver 🪛 but nothing works here… What is it?

Unfortunately it doesn't help either, because it doesn't look like a screw for me. I think it's like nh carriage bolt. It just doesn't have the head, what you can get in with the normal Torx, you understand?

Yes, I did that with my Slim back then, but don't ask me how it has been in the closet for 2 years
