I play on the ps4 and with some games like (The Forest, Friday the 13th and NieR: Automata and many other games) the ps4 recognizes my keyboard and I can use it fully, but my mouse doesn't work… There's a reason why this could be or is so?
The keyboard and mouse are of the same brand, in case someone thinks of it, it could have been.
The games are completely irrelevant, the keyboard is not recognized for every game, for example (Overwatch, For Honor), the game does not matter here, there are no special settings in the game, I just wonder a little longer and find no answers…
You could try changing the USB settings one might be off if you do so
